A Pertex Shield+ 2-layered 30D ripstop shell is tough, waterproof, breathable, windproof and lightweight. Full seam taping and a laminate construction help keep elements outside. The helmet-compatible Halo-Hood’s wire brim helps with visibility. YKK AquaGuard Vislon zippers further the weatherproofing, while an inner stormflap protects the front zip. Two brushed tricot lined hand zip pockets, one zip chest pocket, and two internal Shove-It stow pockets secure essentials. Dynamic Reach underarm panels offer better movement range. The elastic drawcord hem and adjustable cuffs seal out wind.
